At FashionUnited, I took a strategic approach to managing their social accounts, growing our collective following by 20,000 across multiple platforms.

Realised Project for the Leading Hip-Hop Record Label in the Netherlands (under NDA)

During my penultimate semester, I took on the “Management of Value Creation” module, where I had the chance to work with the leading hip-hop record label in the Netherlands. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to prove my skills and make a real impact.

Creating Utopia: A Design Based Research Study on Activist Musicians in the U.K.

My research focused on how to build international recognition for LIE NING, with a special emphasis on connecting with Gen-Z QTIPOC (Queer, Trans, and Intersex People of Colour) audiences in the UK.

International strategy? Check!

I grew the affiliate program by over 200% and managed to automate many of its features. This allowed me to focus on tracking KPIs and continually optimizing the program for even better results.

General Manager of the SMT

In my second year at university, I was hired as the general manager of the student management team during our creative agency semester. This role gave me a chance to provide hands-on leadership and oversee a wide range of responsibilities.

The idea behind Valentyne was to shine a light on European heritage within the music scene. In an industry where Europe is often not the center of attention, I wanted to craft a space where dedicated European fans could share their stories authentically and celebrate what makes their experiences unique.
