Building an Influencer Strategy from Scratch - 200%+ Growth
At snuggs, I built the influencer and affiliate programme from the ground up across DACH, UK, and Benelux - creator sourcing, contract negotiation, content briefing, performance reporting, and budget management. My data-led approach drove international audience growth of over 200%. I also helped organise a live community event with Hormona championing women in sport, and contributed to the snuggs x Manchester City Women's FC partnership that was part of the brand's Forbes 30 Under 30 recognition.
