20.000 Follower Growth

At FashionUnited I strategically managed their social accounts achieving a remarkable growth of 20.000 followers collectively across various platforms.

Realised Project for the Leading Hip-Hop Record Label in the Netherlands (under NDA)

The task was to build consumer trust between their fans and them. Using design thinking as my base I developed a fully substantiated concept by myself which focused on target-group analysis and centred the co-creation between label and fans.

Creating Utopia: A Design Based Research Study on Activist Musicians in the U.K.

My thesis analysed the generation of worldwide recognition with a special focus on developing an audience in the UK composed of Gen-Z QTIPOC followers.

International strategy? Check!

Since joining, I have grown the affiliate programme by over 200%. I've managed to automate many features of it so that I can use my time to keep our KPI's in check and see if anything else needs tweaking.

In my second year at University I was hired to be the general manager of the student management team. I spent the semester providing effective leadership in my role overseeing diverse responsibilities during the creative agency semester.

In the music industry, europe is oftentimes not the centre of attention, so I wanted to weave a narrative from the perspective of dedicated european fans.
I wanted this to be a space where european fan stories could be told authentically.
