Teamplayer

I know, I know-everyone says they’re a team player. But I promise, I really am.

I genuinely enjoy working with others, and I’ve had experience with all kinds of teams: international, culturally diverse, and even a few that were… let’s say, less than functional. While studying at an international university, I worked with people from all over the world-South Korea, the UK, Thailand, Italy, and more. It quickly became clear that what makes sense to me might mean something completely different to someone else. Sometimes, this led to great results; other times, it was a challenge.

Honestly, being part of a dysfunctional team wasn’t always fun, but it taught me a lot about what it really means to be a team player. I learned that most people are genuinely trying their best, even if their approach or capacity is different from mine. That realization made me a much more understanding and supportive teammate.

In short: I love working in teams and learning from others. I’ve learned to keep an open mind, communicate honestly, and appreciate the unique strengths everyone brings to the table.

Let me know if you want it even more casual or if you’d like to highlight any specific experience!
