
International strategy? Check!
When I started at Snuggs they had an affiliate marketing programme, but it was out of date and there were many internal documents already conflicting each other.
I've spent the last 6 months building a new tiered system and strategy for affiliate marketing efforts in the DACH, Benelux and UK markets. This included conducting interviews with other specialists and doing loads and loads of research. Once I knew what we needed I went to search for a new platform to host our efforts on. After carefully reviewing and interviewing with over 8 platforms I pitched my new strategy to my manager and the founders of the company.
Once all the details were settled I spent some time to A/B test our reach-out efforts to really select the most promising templates.
Since joining, I have grown the affiliate programme by over 200%. I've managed to automate many features of it so that I can use my time to keep our KPI's in check and see if anything else needs tweaking.
