Realised Project for the Leading Hip-Hop Record Label in the Netherlands (under NDA)

As part of my penultimate semester for my undergraduate degree I undertook a module titled "Management of Value Creation". My client for this semester was the leading hip-hop record label in the Netherlands. I really wanted to use this opportunity to show that I have what it takes.

Their task for us was to build consumer trust between their fans and them. Using design thinking as my base I developed a fully substantiated concept by myself which focused on target-group analysis and centred the co-creation between label and fans.

After pitching the concepts to the client mine got picked and together with peers we got to work on a full fledged marketing and finance plan.

A few weeks after the semester ended I was made aware that they had taken to my concept and were now realising it. As the entire semester was under an NDA I am unfortunately not able to say more.

A lot of my work included streamlining their values with what their fans wanted and bridging the difference.

The deliveralbes at the end included mock-ups of social campaigns, a branding guide, marketing plans, budget sheets, gantt chart and many more detailed documents to help them achieve their goal.

On top of the satisfaction of having my work be taken on by a major record label, I also was rewarded with a 100% grade score for the entire semester.
