When I started at Snuggs, their affiliate marketing program was outdated and full of conflicting internal documents. I saw an opportunity to create something more effective.
Over six months, I built a new, tiered affiliate strategy for the DACH, Benelux, and UK markets. This involved conducting in-depth research and interviewing other specialists to find the best approach. Once I had a clear plan, I evaluated and interviewed over eight different platforms before pitching my recommended strategy and platform to my manager and the company founders.
After the new system was approved, I spent time A/B testing our outreach templates to identify the most effective ways to connect with potential partners.
The results were significant: I grew the affiliate program by over 200% and managed to automate many of its features. This allowed me to focus on tracking KPIs and continually optimizing the program for even better results.
